Returns Policy

*If you're having second thoughts about your order, don't worry; you have 30 days to send it back to us.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  • If you change your mind, you can return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Alternatively, we accept returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Items must not have any marks, damage, odour, hair and must be in original condition or the return/exchange will be refused.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that are received back after the 30-day grace period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition. 
  • Socks and underwear can only be returned if they're fully sealed and in their original packaging.
  • All items purchased during pop ups, sale events, special events and charitable events are eligible for exchange and store credit only.

RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

We are sorry that you received a faulty item! 

Please contact customer support here and provide photo evidence of the fault and we will work quickly to get this resolved for you.

Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team, it may result in a slower resolution time.

All claims for parcels arriving damaged or incorrect must be made within 24 hours of the delivery date.

How to do a return

Step 1

Go to our return portal, (click on Make A Return below)

Step 2

Enter your order number (e.g. 12345) and shipping postal (zip) code OR email address.

Step 3

Select which item(s) you are returning and why.

Step 4

Download your returns label and attach to your parcel. You may need to go to your nearest drop off point.
