Returns Policy

If you're having second thoughts about your gear, don't worry; you have 30 days from the order date to return it. If our product doesn't perform for you, we'll take it back.

WHAT IS YOURย RETURN POLICY?

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.ย 
  • Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off.ย 
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 30-day grace period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition.ย 
  • Socks can only be returned if they're fully sealed and in their original packaging.

RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

We are sorry that you received a faulty item!ย 

Please contact customer supportย hereย and provide photo evidence of the fault and we will work quickly to get this resolved for you.

Pleaseย do notย return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team,ย it may result in a slower resolution time.

All claims for parcels arriving damaged must be made within 48 hours of the delivery date.


RETURNS INFORMATION

We currently offer subsided returns to a number of countries. ๐ŸŒŽ

Here is a list of our return charges through our returns portal:
UK: ยฃ2*

*The ยฃ2 fee will be due at the point of submitting the return and it is for each return that is made, so please be mindful of how many returns you wish to make. It's beneficial to yourself and the environment to make as little returns as possible.

If you return multiple items together in one parcel from the same order, this costs a total of ยฃ2. However, if you decide to make separate returns, you will be charged ยฃ2 for every returned parcel.

If your country isn't listed, then you'll be asked to return through "self post". You'll be required to return through a courier of your choice.

We always recommend returning your order through our returns portal as this means we can track your return every step of the way. We cannot be held liable for any items that fail to reach us. Please keep hold of the receipt!

Tracking information is available for all returns registered through our return portal.

*Please note it can take up to 10 days for us to process your return from the date we receive it.

How to do a return

Step 1

Go to our return portal, (click on Make A Return below)

Step 2

Enter your order number (e.g. 12345) and shipping postal (zip) code OR email address.

Step 3

Select which item(s) you are returning and why.

Step 4

Download your returns label and attach to your parcel. You may need to go to your nearest drop off point.
