EU Shipping

Orders from European countries are sent by one of our trusted partner couriers (DHL/FedEx/La Poste/DPD). Orders are shipped via our UK distribution centre and you may incur duties/taxes if the order is over €150. 

Duties & Tax is calculated at checkout for all orders up to €150 euros.

If your cart value is over €150, taxes will not be calculated but instead paid with the courier on delivery.

DISPATCH TIMES:

The above times are estimates, and sometimes deliveries may take longer. Please note, working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Order before 1pm BST Monday to Friday and your order will be processed same day!

During busier periods it can sometimes take up to two working days for your order to be shipped. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, may only be shipped on Monday.

Note: delivery times may take longer around Bank Holidays & Public Holidays (Christmas, New Year etc).

Damages and issues

If the delivery packaging appears damaged upon delivery, please ensure that you take a photo or video before unpacking the parcel. If you unpack the parcel, please ensure that this is video recorded. If this is not done, it may mean that we are unable to assist further should there be an issue.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Free shipping excludes the following: Military bases, islands and the Scottish highlands.
