What level of support do I need in a sports bra?

The level of support you need in a sports bra depends on the type of activity you’re doing and your individual comfort. For low-impact exercises like yoga or Pilates, a light-support bra such as our Barely There Bra is often enough. All of our sports bras come with removable padding, except for our Barely There Bra.
