If the outer packaging appears damaged, you must:
Take clear photos or a video before opening the parcel
If you do open the parcel, ensure the entire unpacking process is video recorded
Failure to provide photo or video evidence may mean we’re unable to assist with any claims.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

If your shipping bag is damaged, you must record a video before opening
Free shipping may exclude military bases, islands, and the Scottish Highlands
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and your parcel is returned to us as Return to Sender (RTS), the courier charges us a handling fee.
In these cases:
The RTS handling fee will be deducted from your refund
This applies if delivery fails due to incorrect address details or no one being available to receive the parcel
To avoid RTS fees, please ensure:
Your delivery details are accurate
Someone is available to receive the parcel at the address provided

EU orders are shipped from our UK distribution centre using trusted international couriers.

For orders over €150, additional duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery
United States
US orders have all duties and taxes included.

Australian orders under $1,000 AUD are duty and tax-free.
