We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items in our clearance sales are only eligible for exchange and not a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items that are dirty, worn, hairs, scented, marked items WILL NOT be refunded/exchanged.
To start a return, you can visit https://returns.powerleteclo.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We provide a label for you but if you decide to post it back yourself, we recommend using a signed for service and it is important to retain the proof of postage receipt until your return has been processed. In the below countries we subsidise the return cost:
UK: Returns - £2 (if shipping was paid for on original order) £6.99 (if you had free shipping)
Items that are on sale can only be returned for exchange or store credit in the form of a gift card.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately and within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We allow for one exchange per order. If you then decide to return the exchanged item, we allow for the outcome of store credit only.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take 7-10 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If your order qualified for free shipping over a certain value, and the return takes the order value below the threshold, the standard shipping amount that would have been charged on your order will be deducted from your refund. If all items in the order are returned and it qualified for free shipping or you paid for shipping, the standard shipping amount or the rate that you paid will be deducted from your refund. We will not provide a refund an exchanged item, store credit will be the only option.
